Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through third-party platforms. When you book, you agree to provide accurate details about your vehicle and location. We aim to arrive within the estimated timeframe provided, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and can be affected by traffic, weather, and technician availability.
Prices quoted at time of booking or on arrival are based on the information you provide. If your vehicle requires a different part or service once our technician arrives, we will advise you of any price change before proceeding. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us before the technician is dispatched; we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee if a technician has already been dispatched and the booking is cancelled on arrival, other than for reasons outside your control.
Batteries supplied by us are covered by a manufacturer's warranty as outlined at the time of purchase. Warranty claims are subject to normal wear and tear exclusions, correct installation, and proof of purchase. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
