Batteries On The Go started in Sydney in 2017 with a simple goal: to make roadside assistance easier to access and more affordable. We wanted drivers to have the freedom to get help when they needed it, without paying membership or joining fees.
Our answer was a straightforward, pay-as-you-go service. You could call when a problem came up and pay for the help you needed. Fair pricing and great customer service were central to the business from the beginning, and they remain just as important today.
Starting a new business meant building our name from the ground up. We knew that earning trust would take hard work, and every customer gave us an opportunity to show what Batteries On The Go stood for.
Over time, our customers became our strongest advocates. They recommended us to friends, family and colleagues, helping our name reach more people across Sydney. Word of mouth became a major part of our growth, and those recommendations continue to mean a great deal to us.
