Batteries On The Go offer up to 3 years warranty Australia wide. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us on 1300 668 434 and we will arrange for a technician to come out, test and diagnose for a replacement battery. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Loads left on
• Vehicle storage
• Physical damage
• Incorrect application
• Battery Removal

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
